A number of people with disabilities do convoy using a modified motor vehicles and wearing traditional clothes while following the Cultural Carnival Disabilities in Gatot Subroto street, towards Parliament house in Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/08). The carnival aims to encourage the government to discuss and pass the law of persons with disabilities in order together to create an Indonesia that is friendly to of persons with disabilities.
