Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), Sutiyoso (left) with First Deputy of BIN, Sumiharjo Pakpahan (second right) escorting convicted of embezzlement of Bank Indonesia Liquidity Support (BLBI), Samadikun Hartono (center) shortly after arriving at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in Jakarta on Thursday (21/4) night. Samadikun is a fugitive since 2003 as one of the perpetrators of embezzlement of Bank Indonesia funding assistance during the monetary crisis of 1998 and cost the government Rp169 billion.
