Officers from various components assisted by residents attempted to evacuate stranded whales in Ujong Kareung Beach, Aceh Besar, Aceh, on Monday, November 13, 2017. The evacuation process of 10 Sperm whales involves various components of the community, while the relevant parties are still investigating the cause of the strand the fish. 6 whales successfully saved to deep sea, while 4 others died due to injury.
