Traffic density on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, in Bekasi Timur, Bekasi, West Java, August 29, 2017. The government, through the Ministry of Transportation plans to test the implementation of odd-even system in the Jakarta-Cikampek toll to overcome the density of vehicles ongoing development project of LRT and construction of toll of Jakarta-Cikampek II (Elevated). However, the test plan is declared pending in the context of an in-depth study of the system. The government's plan could reap a lot of protest from the community as well as plans to expand the ban on motorcycles in the street protocol that is considered discriminatory.
