Thousands of labour held a demonstration during commemorating International Labour Day 2017 or known "May Day" in Medan Merdeka Street, Central Jakarta, May 1, 2017. In the event they demand the goverment more pro-society by stopping low wages to labours, protecting womens labour from sex voíolence in the workplace, protecting farmer's lands from corporateacquisitions, providing free health care to the poor and stopping outsourching systems.
