Minister of Foreign Affairs, Retno Marsudi (right) accompanied by the Secretary General of ASEAN, Le Luong Minh (second right), Vice-President of the Republic of Indonesia, Jusuf Kalla (third right) and Governor of DKI Jakarta, Basuki Tjahya Purnama (left) symbolically opened the door to the area which will be used as an additional building of the ASEAN Secretariat after the commemoration of 48 years of ASEAN at the ASEAN Secretariat office, Jakarta, Monday (10/08). Coinciding with the 48th anniversary of the ASEAN, Basuki Tjahya Purnama as Jakarta Governor gives the former building South Jakarta Mayor office through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the ASEAN Secretariat to expand the ASEAN Secretariat. This is related to Indonesia's plan that will serve as the ASEAN Diplomatic Capital at the commencement of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015. (Aditya)
