A porter was passing and read the banner contains a prohibition to sell sacrificial animals in Kebon Kacang, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Friday (04.09.15). Ahead of Idul Adha, Jakarta Provincial Government had a banner containing the prohibition for people to sell sacrificial animals on the roadside because it can interfere with the comfort and order just as often happens just before Eid al-Adha in previous years.
