Hundreds of fishermen community that are members of the Coalition to Save Jakarta Bay, protested in the fishing port of Muara Angke, Jakarta, December 2, 2015. The protest action they did in order to oppose government plans to reclaim the bay of Jakarta to build the island as part of the Giant Sea Wall, because the project is considered to have the potential to damage the ecosystem in the waters of Jakarta Bay which impact on the quality of life for those who depend on the sea for a living. Therefore, they requested the President Joko Widodo to immediately conduct a moratorium and an environmental audit of the reclamation program, deployed in more than 10 cities in Indonesia as a consistent attitude of Indonesia at the Summit (Summit) climate change that is currently running.
