Hundreds of demonstrators from several Islamic organizations such as FPI (Front Pembela Islam), FBR (Forum Betawi Rempug), and LPI (Laskar Pembela Islam) gathered and blocked the Rasuna Said street during demonstration in front of KPK building, Jakarta, Monday, April 4, 2016. They urged KPK to call and check Jakarta’s Governor, Basuki ‘Ahok’ Tjahya Purnama who allegedly involved in a corruption scandal at a number of government projects, one of which is land acquisition for the Sumber Waras Hospital project, which detrimental to the country Rp. 191.3 Billion.
