교도소에 요가 클래스? > 포토뉴스

찌삐낭 교도소에 난데없는 요가 클래스가 열렸다. 재소자들에게 요가 강습이 열린 것. 요가 강습 시간 동안 재소자들은 운동과 함께 리랙스한 시간을 가졌다. 이벤트에 참여한 강사는 긍정적인 에너지를 요가를 통해 나누고 싶었다고 말했다. 

 

YOGA IN PRISONS 

 

Four hundred narcotic prisoners doing Yoga exercises at Cipinang Narcotics Penitentiary . Yoga training was held in cooperation between the Jakarta Narcotics Penitentiary, National Narcotics Agency and Organic Yoga Indonesia to train the physical, mental and spiritual of prisoners with the aim to spread the positive energy from the activities of yoga to the prisoners, especially those who are undergoing rehabilitation to the influence illegal drugs.
